Job Details: Manager, Stock Administration and HR SystemsVacancy Name: Manager, Stock Administration and HR SystemsVacancy No: VN518Employment Type: Full TimeLocation of role: Oxford, UK or Gaithersburg, MDDepartment: Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities:Reporting to the VP, Global Total Rewards, HRSystems and Data Analytics, the Manager will support the team in various projects related to compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll.The Manager will develop across the function and serve as a project manager and key contributor to changes that will drive growth for Immunocore and the HR Team.Bring a continuous improvement and process-focused mindset and use data to influence business decisions.Partner with Finance, Legal, Business Leadership, and the broader HR Team.Own administering the equity incentive program and related internal and external reporting.Maintain data in equity management software (Global Shares) to ensure accuracy.Respond to employee inquiries regarding the equity incentive program and develop equity training and tools.Support development of annual proxy disclosure and other US SEC required filings.Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements.Participate in other Total Rewards projects as requested.Formulate and implement best-in-class solutions to improve Total Rewards offerings.Reconcile vendor billing for Total Rewards costs.Prepare materials for Senior Leadership and the Board regarding Total Rewards proposals.Research, analyze, design, and maintain HR Systems (HRIS and payroll) in support of HR administration and projects.Deploy systems, support integrations, and improve reporting/dashboarding and analytics.Identify areas of improvement relating to HR Systems, processes, and service delivery.Ensure data integrity across HR Systems and conduct related audits.Partner with external HR System resources to address changing business requirements.Collaborate with IT/Finance peers to evaluate changes to HR Systems and processes.Drive initiatives around HR Systems security practices and compliance considerations.Coordinate with HR Operations on process automation and efficiencies.Person Specification:8+ years of Total Rewards or related HR/Finance experience, ideally in the pharma/biotech industries.Knowledge of Total Rewards matters, including applicable US and UK/European laws.Experience in dealing with key business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Expert excel and data management skills, with experience in global equity administration.General HR Systems experience, with a desire to develop as an HR Systems expert.Public company and SOX controls experience helpful.Essential Competencies:Detail-oriented and numbers-driven.A do-er  who effectively partners with the business.Stimulated by a fast-paced and challenging environment.Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.Resilience, adaptability, problem-solving skills.Professional discretion and confidentiality.Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.Effective time management with results and deadline orientation.Able to anticipate challenges and devise strategies for success.Positive attitude that aligns with our One HR  supportive culture.About the Company:Immunocore (NASDAQ: IMCR) is a pioneering, commercial-stage T cell receptor biotechnology company focused on developing transformative medicines.
