In your new Manager - Strategic Accounts you will be responsible for the relationship management of strategic end-user accounts known to be influential in their respective industry vertical. These relationships are vital to our end user accounts. Account management will include communication of all JLG products and services within North America.
YOUR IMPACT
Maintain complete Business Planning Document for account (Sales function).
Provide input that helps direct industry development, sales promotion, distribution, and pricing policies which are integral to successful industry penetration (Marketing function).
Analyze and report industry trends, potentials, and retail sales forecasts.
Recommend changes, additions, improvements, or deletions for assigned products in line with JLG's product life cycle management.
Work with sales personnel and channel partners in further developing existing and new end-user accounts.
Maintain effective working relationships with all account principals to assure commitment and aggressive pursuit of loyalty for JLG products.
Continually provide and document competitive activity and information.
Achieve revenue targets for assigned objectives.
Maintain ongoing communication with North American Sales & Service, Product Management, Engineering, Equipment Services, Access Financial Services, and Customer Support Group.
Develop information for JLG Management needed for any required report.
Prepare other reports as required on a timely basis and document minutes of all important meeting with strategic end-user accounts assigned.

10-plus years related experience

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
