This role has primary accountability for managing partnerships with contract research organizations and other strategic partners of Sanofi to deliver specialty laboratory testing including immunogenicity analyses and other bioanalytical data such as virologic and bacteriologic diagnostics. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships position reports into the head of Strategic Alliances within Global Immunology. They will be required to identify, onboard, and maintain external vendors in accordance with company procurement, legal, and quality requirements. Testing assays may need to be developed, qualified, validated or may already be in place at perspective external vendors. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will work with other internal and external functions to author or obtain necessary documentation such as work proposals, work orders, assay protocols, reports, analyst qualifications, and data reports as required. They will also participate in budget, resource, and administrative activities required to ensure external vendor plans are aligned with the company's strategic plans.
