**Position Summary**

The Supply Chain Analytics & Optimization team is helping reimagine CVSs Supply Chain to serve customers no matter where they are in their path to better health. The future of CVS Supply Chain will be simple, efficient and use the latest in automation. The Supply Chain Optimization Manager will be responsible for using various data sources to build robust optimization models in conjunction with the implementation of new, innovative solutions. This role will mainly support efforts to improve our supply chain and product flow by performing analyses that identify opportunities to right-size, consolidate, or expand our distribution, transportation, and inventory networks.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Support Supply Chain transformation efforts through Supply Chain network, transportation, or inventory modeling.

+ Drive short- and long-term network modernization strategies by recommending ways to optimize our supply chain.

+ Collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to understand nuances of our operations and business.

+ Work within the team to cross train and provide varying perspectives on supply chain challenges.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Minimum 3 years prior experience in translating data analysis and insights into business cases.

+ Minimum 3 years prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or related field.

+ Minimum 3 years prior experience demonstrated experience building network, transportation, or inventory models in software such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic Cosmic Frog, or other supply chain optimization tools.

+ Experience using SQL to pull large, unstructured data sets.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and adjust priorities to meet critical deadlines.

+ Ability to communicate and translate technical results into understandable outputs that are digestible and impactful for both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Background in applications such as R, Python, or Alteryx a plus.

+ Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other visualization software.

+ Ability to join multiple data sources to build robust models.

+ Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management and warehouse operations.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
