Job Description
Job SummaryThis role leads the designing of online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand training, as well as professional development and cultural connection programs. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organizational development activities. This is a highly collaborative and creative role that has a direct impact on our business and our ability to achieve the desired results.
Job Duties Include: Supports large change initiatives with innovative strategies that align to corporate goals and exceed employee expectations Plays a central role in reinventing learning models, learning systems, delivery methods and external vendor partnerships, as well as creating in-house programs, as needed Leads the charge on effective leadership development and performance management programs Implements strategic programs to fuel employee engagement and drive cultural connection points Adds momentum and enthusiasm to our diversity and inclusion program, driving awareness across the company Prepares, organizes, and executes logistics for training and professional development initiatives, including performance management and succession planning programs, and employee engagement surveys Serves as a key member of the HR team, collaborating across strategic projects with a continuous focus on employee engagement and continuous improvement Manages, develops, and mentors a team tasked with designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand training, as well as professional development and cultural connection programs. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Sociology, Communications or related field with applicable certifications; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, and/or organizational change management 3+ years of team management experience with the desire to coach and develop others Knowledge of adult learning theories and fundamental skills in the areas of training curriculum design and evaluation Experience working in technology or software organization with cloud-based solutions highly preferred Experience developing and implementing cloud foundational training and learning paths highly preferred Experience with Litmos Learning Management platform highly preferred Experience leveraging LinkedIn Learning as a component of learning and development for the enterprise A strong commitment to curiosity, and a highly capable approach to building effective organizational development and learning programs A consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders Ability to measure results with data; experience presenting to leadership stakeholders
