In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of educational content, from conception to implementation and beyond. This is an exciting role within a fast-paced team that requires an energetic, innovative, and customer-centric pro.What you'll do: Manage and mentor the curriculum development teamLead curriculum development projectsConduct needs assessments and market research to develop and implement content development and learning assessment strategiesEvaluate the effectiveness of the existing curricula and refine/revise as requiredWork alongside and integrate with other learning development teams to reuse and upcycle content, reducing time to marketCollaborate with other departments to integrate digital learning initiatives into broader organizational strategiesStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital learning and instructional designWhat you'll bring:4+ years of experience leading a content development team, preferably in high-tech or fast-paced environmentExperience implementing instructional design and adult learning theoryExcellent relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skillsAbility to convey complex information, present compelling recommendations to leadership, and keep everyone informed through clear, concise reports and presentationsAbility to drive impactful meetings, ensuring everyone's perspective is heard and goals are achieved.
