Total Rewards Supervisor needed near Wausau!

Robert Half has partnered with a well-known manufacturing company in their search for a Total Rewards Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and reward team members. You will oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs, ensuring legal compliance and value to our team members. This is an onsite role located in Wausau. Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation plans that align with company objectives, industry standards, and employee performance metrics, ensuring fair and equitable pay structures.
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, adjusting plans as needed to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compensation structures, payroll costs, and benefits utilization, providing actionable insights to leadership on trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a key resource for employees regarding compensation and benefits questions, facilitating transparent communication and providing training on new or updated benefits offerings.
  • Partner with senior management to develop long-term compensation plans that support organizational goals, foster employee motivation, and drive performance across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • HR certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Experience developing compensation plans and administering benefits
  • Strong EXCEL skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
