The trainee will be responsible for learning total store operations, with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a manager position. Within the first 6-12 months, you can be promoted (based on performance and position availability), which can lead to up to a 40% increase in annual pay. Trainees are typically promoted to General Managers within three to four years.
