Lennox, a leading manufacturer of indoor comfort products, is seeking a dynamic Manager, Training Development to oversee critical aspects of our training initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will lead the management and optimization of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, robust reporting, and seamless integration with our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Production: Lead a team in producing engaging eLearning modules, skill assessments, and new product introductions as specified by subject matter experts across the business.
- LMS Oversight: Manage the strategic utilization of our learning management system for internal and external users. Always working to enhance the customer experience, implement continuous improvements, and optimize point-of-sale interactions.
- Performance Measurement: Quantify the impact of training activities through comprehensive reporting on learning and development effectiveness, linking results to broader organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster inclusive collaboration across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the effectiveness and outcomes of training efforts.
- Process Optimization: Utilize strong planning and organizational skills to optimize workflows, ensuring efficient content development and deployment schedules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and corporate communications teams to align training programs with brand standards and business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of full-time employees and contractors, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $94,400 - $123,900 and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) with a focus on enhancing user experience and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across various functions.
- Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, prioritize effectively, and optimize processes to drive results.
- Experience in measuring training effectiveness and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
