This position will report to the Director, Total Rewards, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.We are seeking a Manager, US/MX Pension & Benefits who has knowledge and experience in leading the design and management of these critical employee programs in the US and Mexico.What you'll do* Manage the end-to-end administration of US/MX employee benefit and retirement programs, including health, dental, vision, life, pension, 401(k), share purchase and other ancillary plans* Oversee the annual benefits renewal and enrollment process* Work closely with external consultants, vendors, benefits and pension committees and other internal stakeholders to design and evaluate plans, select and manage vendors, implement changes and monitor effectiveness* Lead the development and execution of effective communication strategies to educate employees on TC Energy's plans and drive high participation rates* Ensure all pension and benefit plans and policies remain compliant with applicable federal and state regulations* Analyze utilization trends, claim data, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancements, promotion and education* Co-lead, in conjunction with the Manager, Health Services and Manager, Canadian Pension & Benefits, the development and execution of the organization's wellness strategy and programs* Manage and develop a small high-performing pension/benefits team of professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management* Participate in industry benchmarking and professional networks to stay abreast of market trends and best practicesMinimum Qualifications* 10+ Years' of relevant experience in U.S. employee benefits and retirement programs* 4+ Years' of experience leading and developing employees* Bachelor degree or greater* Preference for English/Spanish bilingual candidatesThis position may require occasional business travel to Canada and MexicoAbout our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
