View Ridge Family Law & Estate Planning, is a family law, dependency & estate planning law firm. Our family law department places an emphasis on complex family law matters. We are a growing law firm. We are looking to hire a motivated mentoring attorney who carry a partial caseload of family law or mediation/arbitration matters and supervise.
We are looking to hire a Managing Attorney who enjoys practicing family law, creating strategic plans for our clients and coaching the team!
Responsibilities:
Comply with all legal standards and the Rules of Professional Responsibility
Represent clients in court, negotiations, mediation, arbitration and trial OR Provide Mediation & Arbitration services
Supervise legal team
Advise clients
Engage in team meetings
Actively participate in developing and refining the firm's operating systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience in Family Law and/or Dependency in Washington
Familiarity with King County and Snohomish County local rules
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Successful candidates must be ambitious and driven, possess a strong work ethic, a growth mindset and have good interpersonal skills
Currently licensed to practice in Washington
