Overview:

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional masters-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician! This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to build their assessment skills while working toward becoming a BCBA.

AST currently employs nearly 100 BCBAs with offices in 7 states and growing. We have 3 Managing Technician openings throughout the following areas: Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Montclair, Rancho

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
• Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
• Develop client goals and clinical programs
• Support parent training and education
• Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree
• Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
• Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Strong communication and writing skills
• BCaBA preferred, not required
• Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

Compensation Range:

$26.13 - $33.00 / hour
