Overview
Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional master's-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician! This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready tobuild their assessment skills while working toward becoming a BCBA.
AST currently employs nearly 100 BCBAs with offices in 7 states and growing. We have 3 Managing Technician openings throughout the following areas: Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Montclair, Rancho
$1,000 sign-on bonus to our newly onboarded Managing Technicians!
Responsibilities
* Work under the direction of a BCBA
* Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
* Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
* Develop client goals and clinical programs
* Support parent training and education
* Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings
Qualifications
* Master's degree
* Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
* BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
* Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
* Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
* Demonstrated ability to train others
* Strong communication and writing skills
* BCaBA preferred, not required
* Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

Compensation Range
$26.13 - $33.00 / hour
