WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
  • Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing subject matter expertise to select sales pursuits, thought leadership activities, and the development of our products and service offerings.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates.

  • WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory and program/delivery leadership.
  • Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions (CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications) and planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services.
  • Developed holistic plans and deployment strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives.
  • Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engagements end to end and build a trusted advisor relationship with senior leadership teams.
  • Provided ERP and project leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR).

  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    The estimated salary range for this role is $137,000 - $241,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

    Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
