What You Will DoWe are looking for a combination of deep technical Epic skills and revenue cycle operational expertise to transform healthcare and deliver bestin class results for our clients. Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Patient Access, Patient Transport, Capacity Management, and Revenue Cycle experience and EMR knowledge to create immediate value for your clients.
Managing Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders and providing oversight to internal staff. Managing Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Associate Director level.
What You Will NeedThe annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
