Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Managing Director at Home Masters Intl. located in Ontario, CA. As the Managing Director, you will oversee all operational aspects of the company and provide strategic leadership. You will be responsible for setting and executing the company's goals and objectives, managing budgets, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to oversee our company's operations and drive its growth and profitability. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, develop and optimize sales strategies, insure customer satisfaction during the delivery process, managing financial performance, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives including a major restructure.

- Develop systems and manuals and oversee implementing them.

- Build a successful sales team to optimize revenues and profitability

- Develop systems to insure an exceptional customer service experience

- Develop systems for project management, job delivery and cost control

- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff members

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance

- Implement effective fiscal management practices to optimize financial performance

- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies

- Foster a culture of productivity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Lead business development efforts to expand market share and drive revenue growth

Experience & qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role. (10 years)

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.

- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams driven by sales and

customer service

- Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
