- Overseeing and recommending a wide range of financial alternatives and quantitative analysis, including detailed analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation.
- Managing the execution of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including leading due diligence, valuation analysis, and agreement negotiation.
- Monitoring relevant transactions and market trends to determine investment opportunities.
- Supporting the origination of new business, including developing and cultivating relationships.
- Leading client interactions and negotiations and working closely on mandated transactions.
- Advising the creation of client marketing and pitch materials through the proper management and direction of internal and external resources.
- Providing mentorship and development to junior staff.
QualificationsQualified applicants will prove to be highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions
