Summary
Save the Children Action Network ( SCAN ) - a 501(c)(4) organization - is the political advocacy arm of Save the Children. We are building bipartisan support to make sure every child has a strong start in life. We're doing this by advocating for high-quality early learning, ending child hunger in the U.S. and educating and protecting kids around the world.

In support of divisional goals, you will lead your team to build partnerships with the agency's Philanthropy and Partnership (P&P) division to develop a robust pipeline for growth and new funding opportunities for Save the Children's policy and advocacy campaigns, with a specific focus on securing multi-year gifts from high net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations. You will oversee the team charged with Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and help join fundraising and advocacy together. The Peer-to-Peer fundraising team manages the established Save the Children P2P program and the newly created P2P program supporting SCAN's electoral work. Additionally, you will develop prospects and build relationships to increase funding for SCAN's electoral campaigns, ensuring a good mix of funding from low, medium, and high-dollar individual donors.
