Managing Directors play a vital role within the firm and are presented with tremendous opportunities for professional development and personal growth.
During your time at Stax, you will consistently face intellectually challenging projects with clients such as Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, and Fortune 500 companies. Working across a wide spectrum of industries on short-term engagements designed to last 4-12 weeks, you will gain new hands-on experiences with each project you encounter.

RESPONSIBILITIES
P&L responsibility and business planning for the growth of the firm globally.
Lead, generate and deliver Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence engagements.
Lead and manage on multiple buy-side and sell-side CDD engagements.
Lead on value creation for clients.
Lead client development efforts.
Ideate and generate proposals and other collateral, presenting to clients.
Contribute to professional articles or industry publications, writing white papers, and speaking at events and conferences.
Identify innovative service offering, relevant for target clients, for the continued growth of the firm.
Build an inclusive culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven advisor to PE deal teams and C-Suite level executives.
Recognised as the leading expert in the Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence spaces.
Demonstrated track record of driving firm performance, growing client relationships, and delivering financial results.
Demonstrated experience in leading various types of engagements in Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence space.
Proven ability to liaise closely with and manage cross-office and global project teams.
Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop those below you from managers to associates.
Have a high degree of initiative; roll-up your sleeves-type person who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Detail oriented, self-starter with an intellectual curiosity and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is between $350,000 and $450,000, plus discretionary bonus. Salaries are allocated based on individual experience
