Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Consulting Partner to join our team, focusing on either the Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals sector or the Energy, Power & Utilities, Net-Zero Transition, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years in consulting with leading advisory firms and possess a well-developed book of business. As a Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial activities, expanding our client base, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals or Energy, Power & Utilities sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to address their most critical business challenges.
  • Business Development:
  • Leverage your existing network and book of business to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Drive growth initiatives and contribute to the expansion of our firm's client portfolio in the targeted sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies, proposals, and presentations.

Thought Leadership and Market Positioning:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals or Energy, Power & Utilities sectors.
  • Develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations, to enhance our market presence and reputation.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and forums to showcase our expertise and build brand recognition.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience with leading advisory firms, focusing on Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals or Energy, Power & Utilities (Net-Zero Transition), other industry experience will also be taken into consideration.
  • A well-developed book of business with established relationships in the targeted sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact consulting solutions and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field is preferred.
