About the Position: Works closely with Combined Departmental Overhead (CDO) manager and budget units in studying and reviewing administrative activities spending activities for the Division.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Specialized Experience GS-07: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting with personnel grievances and applying analytical techniques and established procedures to resolve issues on behalf of employees; AND 2) Managing various financial transactions, including labor and purchase orders, to maintain accurate records.
OR
Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration and Finance.
OR
Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
Specialized Experience GS-9: One year of specialized experience which includes; 1) Managing personnel grievances effectively by applying analytical techniques and established procedures to resolve issues on behalf of employees; 2) Compiling budgetary reports by utilizing evaluation techniques and management processes to support informed decision-making on resource distribution and program planning; AND 3) Analyzing budgetary information to inform on financial decisions within the organization while adhering to applicable policies and regulations.
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration and Finance.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Time in Grade Requirement GS-7: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
Time in Grade Requirement GS-9: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
