Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for a client in the automotive industry, seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist. This role involves manual drilling, boring, cutting, and shaping of car engine blocks, with a focus on metal and carbon fiber cutting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with manual lathes, mills, and boring machines to shape and design engine blocks without relying on CNC or PLC systems. This is a direct hire opportunity, with a competitive salary and potential relocation support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Machining: Utilize manual lathes, mills, drills, and boring machines to manually cut and shape car engine blocks. Precision is key to ensuring the quality of each engine part.
  • Car Engine Cutting & Shaping: Perform manual car engine cutting, welding, and shaping, maintaining strict adherence to specifications and designs.
  • Engine Block Design: Work on complex engine block designs, ensuring each block is machined with high accuracy and to tight tolerances.
  • Metal & Carbon Fiber Cutting: Cut and machine a variety of materials, including metal and carbon fiber, to create robust engine components.
  • Welding & Metalwork: Apply manual welding techniques to join engine components and ensure durability.
  • Blueprint Reading & Precision Measurement: Read and interpret technical blueprints and use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify precision.
  • Manual Fabrication: Handle manual fabrication processes for engine block construction and ensure parts meet stringent automotive industry standards.

Must-Haves:

  • Manual Machining Expertise: Extensive experience using manual machines like lathes, mills, drills, and boring machines to machine engine blocks.
  • Car Engine Cutting: Proficiency in manually cutting and shaping car engine blocks and working with materials such as metals and carbon fibers.
  • Physically Fit: This role involves working with heavy machinery, metal cutting, and engine block shaping, requiring a high level of physical fitness.
