The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with manual lathes, mills, and boring machines to shape and design engine blocks without relying on CNC or PLC systems. - Manual Machining: Utilize manual lathes, mills, drills, and boring machines to manually cut and shape car engine blocks. Precision is key to ensuring the quality of each engine part.
- Car Engine Cutting & Shaping: Perform manual car engine cutting, welding, and shaping, maintaining strict adherence to specifications and designs.
- Engine Block Design: Work on complex engine block designs, ensuring each block is machined with high accuracy and to tight tolerances.
- Metal & Carbon Fiber Cutting: Cut and machine a variety of materials, including metal and carbon fiber, to create robust engine components.
