We offer a competitive pay structure and a full range of benefits.Responsibilities:Promoting the sale of homes to all existing customers, and to prospective retailers, builders, developers and communitiesRepresenting our company at trade shows to promote productDemonstrating a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrityQualifications:No experience or training requiredAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsEffective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customersAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAttention to detail with ability to meet deadlinesDemonstrates the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issuesAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the publicAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentagesAbility to travel to all existing customers, prospective retailers, builders, developers and communities at least 30% of the timeRequirements:Must be able to pass a drug test and background checkMust be available to work full-time, 8-5 PM, Mon-Fri.
