Job Title: Manufacturing and Assembly Technician

Hours: Thursday to Monday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Type: Contract

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing and Assembly Technician with a background in both manufacturing and assembly work. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to perform general maintenance tasks. This role involves the assembly and testing of instruments and sub-assemblies, ensuring that all devices meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Testing: Perform repetitive or routine duties involving the assembly and testing of instruments and sub-assemblies using designated test fixtures.
• Maintenance: Conduct required operator maintenance on all fixtures and devices to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect devices and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications.
• Routine Work: Operate under general supervision while performing routine tasks and following established procedures.
• Documentation: Accurately document all assembly and testing processes, including any maintenance performed.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Background in manufacturing and assembly work, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Ability to inspect and identify potential issues with assembled devices.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with routine tasks.
