In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will vary based off of production needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to work in a team environmentMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 pounds independentlyMust be able to perform simple machine set-upsMust be able to read and understand most blue printsDemonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and proceduresMust be able to monitor scrap ratesMust be able to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policyBasic understanding of different cutting tools and their usageBasic knowledge of ISO conceptsUnderstand production requirementsBasic understanding of Lean principalsMust be available to work overtime if requiredRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredOne year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience requiredBasic math skillsAccountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude.Physical and Environmental ConditionsAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to stand, sit, bend and kneel without difficultyAbility to repeatedly lift/pull/push 50lbsExposure to loud noisesWorking in the presence of fork trucks and other manufacturing machinery7:00am- 3:00pm & 3:00pm- 11:00pmPIc93227bacb8c-35216-#######4
