Manufacturing Admin
Company Overview:
Rocket Supply is a growing cutting tool distributor and manufacturer. Looking for a full time Manufacturing Administrator that wants to learn the trade of manufacturing. Work in a clean environment with a lot of opportunities to learn and advance within the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Managing workflow of jobs inbound and outbound.
- Creating job routers for customer orders
- Scheduling of jobs on the machine
- Communicating with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure accuracy to the required specifications and completing assigned inspection and job traveler paperwork.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices including cleaning work area and inspection equipment.
- Pre-inspection of tooling
- Laser Etching of tooling
Possible Machine Training
- Manual machine operating training
- Machine Preventive Maintenance
- Final Inspection of tooling
- Operator for 5-axis grinding
Requirements:
- Available in the office Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
- Team orientated and able to work with others.
- Proactive communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products
- Strong typing skills
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills
- The ability to multitask.
- Enthusiasm, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales position is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
