- Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements.
- Assemble components and parts to create finished products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Document production activities and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to navigate computer systems to look up written work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, depending on the job.
- Must be able to stand 10 to 12 hours per day.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $19.65- 21.15 per hour, depending on the shift. There is an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.25-24.75 per hour.
