Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in the **Sanford, ME area** , seeking **Manufacturing Associates and Operators** on **1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts** ! These are temp-to-hire positions with competitive pay rates and growth opportunities, plus overtime and incentives!**Schedules / Rates:**+ **1st Shift:** 7AM - 3PM+ **2nd Shift:** 3PM - 11PM+ **3rd Shift:** 11PM - 7AM**Job Duties / Responsibilities:**+ Operate / work efficiently to ensure a high quality of product is created+ Visually inspects production runs+ Replaces products on Machines, as needed+ Loads proper weight of product on Machines+ Communicates with Leads and Material Handlers to ensure appropriate stock levels are available+ Repairs raw goods failures+ Shrink wrapping product for Shipping+ Label boxes and bags, if required+ Visually inspects products for imperfections+ Other duties as assigned**Skills / Abilities / Requirements:**+ Ability to follow directions and work well in a team+ Average computer skills+ Ability to come to work for each scheduled shift+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this job posting with your resume and a Team Member will connect with you directly!**Pay Details:** $17.50 to $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
