We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced and delivered efficiently and to high-quality standards.Primary Duties & Responsibilities* Maintain an efficient, clean and organized work area.* Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings* Assemble components and products following established procedures.* Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.* Properly record inventory on In&Outsheets* Reporting. Submit report/information by the end of each work day in accordance with established procedures/formatsQualifications & Required Skills* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and quality.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
