Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Buyer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Buyer, you will be part of the Tool Room supporting various areas. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, be organized, and have experience in purchasing, scheduling, and shipping.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Buyer
**Location:** Carol Stream, IL
**Pay Range:** $22.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform purchasing for our Tool Room
+ Schedule jobs for the CNC and manual machining areas
+ Perform shipping and receiving domestic and international
+ Willing to learn to QC inspection of all parts and tooling
+ Run a 3D printer and prep parts after printing
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous purchasing/scheduling experience-Required
+ Blueprint reading, machining knowledge, or any experience in a tool room atmosphere a plus
+ Previous QC inspection a plus
+ Machining skills a plus
+ Must be computer literate and able to learn programs quickly - Required
+ Must be able to multitask - Required
+ Must be organized - Required
+ Shipping and receiving knowledge a plus
+ Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment - Required
