What's in it For You:
* The Opportunity to give you a chance to apply your classroom industry knowledge in a hands-on environment within the Chemical Technologies division of ChampionX.
* Develop essential supply chain skills by actively supporting engineering activities critical to conduct, monitor or evaluate a ChampionX manufacturing plant.
What You Will Do:
* Drive daily manufacturing operations in a chemical manufacturing plant to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results.
* Gain knowledge in executing to plan, functional area knowledge, production procedures, and managing assets and quality.
* Generate ideas & identify process improvement opportunities.
* Assist in developing assigned projects and ensure they are completed on-time and within budget.
* Gain first-hand and hands-on knowledge in project planning, project management, managing external resources, and equipment reliability.
* Implement best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

* Excellent analytical skills
* Exposure to a Manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Ability to work as a member of a team
* Well-developed organizational skills
* Extensive PC spreadsheet skills
