This is an exciting time to be at a fast-expanding company in a fast-accelerating industry.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Consultant specializing in battery production to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing batteries. This is a remote, part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesCompare and evaluate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), providing informed recommendations on the best options based on expertise and analysis.Provide expert guidance and consulting on battery manufacturing processes, ensuring best practices and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies and solutions.Coordinate and communicate with our international teams to align manufacturing processes and standards.Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing procedures and standards.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or closely related field.Experience in the solar industry is preferred, but not required.Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.FranklinWH is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
