WORK PART-TIME AND RECEIVE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING Cooperative students will perform various operational or technical tasks while learning through the on-the-job training on our manufacturing floor. Essential Job Functions: • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of production tasks. • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. • Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may arise. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all team members • Work in various departments as needed. • Learn manufacturing process while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Required Abilities/Skills: • Ability to work within a manufacturing environment. • Effectively follow directions and operating procedures. • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Education/Experience: • Work to be of non-skill nature requiring no special training. *Enrollment in high school, cyber-school or equivalent required.Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or less Salary Description $16 per hour + Bonus
