Manufacturing Door Assembler at our Saco, Maine facility. To be successful, as a Manufacturing Door Assembler you must be a TEAM PLAYER! The Manufacturing Door Assembler is responsible for multiple responsibilities including but are not limited to: accurately filling and scanning of customer orders prior to shipment, operating a forklift vehicle for the purpose of loading material onto trucks for shipment and unloading material and other supplies. Pay: $20-$24/hourly + $1000 SIGN ON BONUSDuties and Responsibilities: - Position or align components and parts - Utilize hand tools to assemble parts - Conduct quality checks Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift License/Certification.
- Experience in assembly operation
- Accept responsibility and accountability for achieving goals within expected timeline.
- Knowledge of the millwork industry.
- Experience with Door Shop/Pre-Hung Doors.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to make informed, logical decisions in a high-speed environment
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
