And we'redoing it all with a team of incredible employeesacross the world.Missiles and Fire Control is looking for aManufacturing Engineer Early Career.Candidate will support ATWS development and production programs.Provide support to day-to-day activities acrossdifferent sites to ensure quality, cost, andschedule goals are met with responsibilities toinvestigate, communicate, and solve design,producibility, and process related toassembly/manufacturing challenges. Supportinvestigations across all functions of the productflow, taking into consideration the uniquerequirements of each customer and variant.Perform and support non-recurring engineeringactivities during product start-up, which includesAffordability/Producibility considerations, toolingand fixture design, development of machineautomation programs as required, andconfiguration of the manufacturing bill ofmaterials for manufacturability.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or related STEM field from an accredited college or university.Familiar with 3D Modeling, such as but not limited to CREO (Pro-E), SolidWorks, AutoCADMust be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability toobtain a DOD Secret clearanceDesired Skills:Prefer mechanical or aerospace but will consider all engineering disciplines.Knowledge of electro-assembly, industrialprocesses, technical writing.Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and team-based environmentProficient with Microsoft OfficeSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 yearsOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
