    What you will do

    • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Work Instructions
    • Creating Tasklist
    • Time Study
    • Creating Process and Procedures

    How you will do it:

    Time Study Analysis:

    • Conduct time studies to analyze the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Work Instructions:

    • Develop and document detailed SOPs and work instructions for various manufacturing processes.
    • Update and maintain SOPs and work instructions as processes evolve.

    Task List Creation:

    • Create and manage task lists for manufacturing projects.
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
    • Monitor progress and update task lists regularly to reflect the current status of projects.

    Creating Process and Procedures:

    • Assist in the creation, review, and management of process documentation.
    • Support compliance with document control standards and procedures.

    What we look for

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university 
    • Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Welding Engineering
    • An effective communicator to all levels of the organization
    • Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
