What you will do
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Work Instructions
- Creating Tasklist
- Time Study
- Creating Process and Procedures
How you will do it:
Time Study Analysis:
- Conduct time studies to analyze the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Work Instructions:
- Develop and document detailed SOPs and work instructions for various manufacturing processes.
- Update and maintain SOPs and work instructions as processes evolve.
Task List Creation:
- Create and manage task lists for manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor progress and update task lists regularly to reflect the current status of projects.
Creating Process and Procedures:
- Assist in the creation, review, and management of process documentation.
- Support compliance with document control standards and procedures.
What we look for
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Welding Engineering
- An effective communicator to all levels of the organization
- Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
