A leading aerospace manufacturing company is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods across the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, evaluates, and improves industrial manufacturing methods
- Analyze and plans work force utilization, equipment layout, and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Work cross functionally with mechanical engineers and production engineers
- Troubleshoot production machinery and make recommendations to align with cost and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience sheet metal fabrication, machining, and/or welding
- Strong communication and project management skills
