- Development of engineering SOP's using manufacturing engineer practices.
- Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews.
- Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documents.
- Design and procure tools/equipment.
- Identify, evaluate and solve production problems.
- Lead training of assemblers to improve and introduce new processes.
- Prepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing the principals of concurrent engineering.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer or related fields is required.
- 3-5 years' experience.
- Ability to work fluently with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management, problem prevention and solving skills.
- MRP Systems experience preferred.
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding and topcoat applications is preferred.
