Manufacturing Engineer - Direct Hire

A distributor of refrigeration systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Spalding County GA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity in a growing industry!

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, improve production capacity, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement principles
• Leads Project Management activities to include coordination and completion of capital projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Participates in capital equipment justification, selection, and implementation.

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Project management skills to lead and coordinate process improvement projects effectively.
• Knowledge of CAD Software for design and process improvement. (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Etc.)
