Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, building, programming and supporting the automated systems that assemble the many cutting-edge products offered by Hydro-Gear. Job Type: Full-Time located in Huntingdon TN Salary:

Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer:
  • Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Select techniques to solve problems and make sound process and programming recommendations
  • Support existing production products and technical assignments
  • Create required controlled documents
  • Maintain standards for current processes
  • Deploying and integrating automation improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Robotic knowledge
  • Pneumatic, hydraulics and fluid systems knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Experience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processes
  • Entry level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Experience with presses and fasteners
  • Experience in project management and process control documentation skills
