As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will design and develop manufacturing processes and systems focused on exceeding quality, cost and schedule requirements within the manufacturing organization.**Thrive at work and at home:**+ **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you _and_ your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives - **WE DARE TO CARE** !+ **Family building benefits** include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.+ **401K** **match** up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to **8%** company contribution.+ **Paid time off,** including in support of **volunteer** and **parental leave** needs.+ Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** and **student debt support** .+ Learn more about our benefits here ( !**Responsibilities:**+ Design, develop, and implement process automation (hardware & software) to improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction.+ Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for, and as an integral part of, all new product introductions and product enhancement programs, using advanced engineering techniques such as DFM / DFA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly), FMEA, 3P (Production, Preparation Process), 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma Methodology+ Evaluate and implement innovative, cost effective, safe, manufacturing processes and techniques which will improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing operations and business systems+ Develop manufacturing planning, initial tooling requirements and costs, capability requirements, control plans, and assessments, which facilitate the definition and specification of the manufacturing processes+ Develop and implement manufacturing flow lines, work station layouts and organization, and station controls, which optimize value added operations, operating costs, and product / process quality+ Integrate closely with various functional team members collaborating while enhancing design for manufacturability and ease of integration to manufacturing facility.+ Provide technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems. Serve as a resource for cause / effect analyses, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning**Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred)+ Previous manufacturing experience required+ Project Management, PLC, and AutoCad experience is required+ Knowledge and demonstrated ability to implement Lean-Six Sigma processes+ Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.**Compensation:**Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
