This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the finance industry. The chosen candidate will be tasked with overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, utilizing their expertise in areas such as kaizen, machine design, process engineering, and Auto CAD. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and offers the chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Responsibilities
  • Develop, analyze, and improve new and existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize principles of Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
  • Design, develop and test a variety of machines and equipment for use in manufacturing.
  • Use AutoCAD to design and implement manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes align with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate manufacturing equipment and technology to ensure they meet safety standards and are operationally efficient.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff and technicians.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with Kaizen, machine design, process engineering, and Auto CAD.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the finance industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
