Support in continuous improvement activities, driving best practices, and innovation initiatives. This role is critical in providing support to the Value Stream.Provide engineering support to production while solving design/process issuesExecute actions to improve the overall production and efficiency of the siteCoordinate production processes including operating standard and workstation layoutsMake and coordinate improvements to production processes and workstations that impact safety, quality, delivery, and costParticipate in technology boards to ensure the flow of information and resources that solve problems and changes related to the product and processParticipate in improving process and product quality through improvement events, such as KaizenWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORQualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree2 years experience in production processes in a manufacturing plant1 years experience in manufacturing troubleshooting tools (change implementation)Budget management exposurepersonnel management experience preferredDesirable knowledge: industrial processes of electro-mechanical assembly. APQP, ISO9001.
