Job Summary: Manufacturing Engineer Plans, designs, arranges, changes, and optimizes a manufacturing process in an effort to achieve customer product and facility metric requirements with a focus on paint coatings and pretreatments.Job Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine washing, painting, and manufacturing methods to meet quality standards and boost production efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and resolve quality issues through team collaboration and documented actions.
- Supplier and Data Management: Coordinate with suppliers on product specs, maintain ERP/MRP data, and assist in estimating operational needs.
- Training and Support: Implement technical training for staff, troubleshoot production issues, and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Job Qualifications (Required)
- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from accredited college
- 5+ years in manufacturing industry

- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (all locations)
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
- Able to frequently walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and lift for 8-12 hours per day
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
- Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
- Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
- Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
- Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
- Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
- Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
