JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support new process implementation

* Creating Process Standard work documentation

* Supporting new machine startup

* Validation & PPAP documentation

* Creating Standard work and collecting validation data

* PPAP documentation

* Process layout / 5S design and Gauge R&R

* Support NPI process with cross functional teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor s degree OR Associates Degree with 7+ years experience OR

* Masters with less than 5 years

* Understanding part prints & designs

* FMEA & Control plan creation

* Basic understanding of gauging & part inspection

* Team player

* Must have good written and verbal communications

* Strong work ethic

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience designing & implementing manufacturing processes

* Lean manufacturing experience

* Automation experience

* Strong safety & ergonomic understanding for manufacturing processes

* Time management skills-

* Experience with equipment installation & troubleshooting

* CAD Tool design experience
