- Design and develop manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Experience with ergonomic design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
