  • Able to design processes for new products and propose efficient ideas.
  • Study Line KPI for new models as target, prepare for production and resolve technical issues to achieve the target.
  • Improved profitability through productivity improvements (labor savings, defect reduction, equipment breakdown reduction, etc.
  • Analyze and improve existing lines to optimize productivity based on recent and future volume trends.
  • Establish in-plant technologies such as automated assembly and inspection and deploy it to other lines.
  • Work with a team, following PDCA cycle, to achieve plant targets ad KPI's.
  • Defines, schedules, implements, monitors and standardizes improvements.
  • Performs costs estimates for improvement ideas. Including equipment, tooling, packaging and installation cost with supervision.
  • Be able to communicate and present improvement plans to senior level executives..
