PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will develop and implement solutions for manufacturing issues that arise. This position will monitor and develop quality control procedures for manufacturing processes. This position will develop proposals for equipment, process flow improvements and production methods. The Manufacturing Engineer will conduct work flow analysis and make recommendations for improvements along with develop work flow procedures for new and existing products. This position will also coordinate outside resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACEThis role interacts with internal staff in Sub Assembly, Final Assembly, Test, Materials, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
