Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting high-speed assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and strong problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer
**Location:** Jacksonville, FL
**Pay Range:** $65,000 - $85,000
**What's the Job?**
+ Act as a subject matter expert for a group of 5-10 machines/manual workstations on a high-speed assembly line.
+ Develop and update technical documentation for all machines and manual workstations within your group.
+ Respond to daily MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) meetings to address bottlenecks affecting daily output.
+ Participate in daily MRB (Material Review Board) processes to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Develop training materials and conduct operator certification as needed after production team training.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-speed assembly line/manufacturing environment.
+ Experience troubleshooting complex machinery/robotics applications.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Six Sigma certification is a plus; bilingual Chinese/English is also a plus.
