Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with 3-5 years of industry experience to join our new manufacturing plant in Milan, TN, dedicated to producing high-quality rubber tracks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in process optimization, quality control, and rubber manufacturing, driving impact in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Leadership: Lead the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of our rubber track manufacturing processes, bringing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Quality Control Management: Develop, implement, and oversee QC protocols to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Rubber Mixing Supervision: Oversee the rubber mixing operations to achieve performance and quality targets, troubleshooting and refining processes as needed.
  • Lab Oversight: Coordinate and manage lab testing of rubber compounds and finished products to meet quality benchmarks, guiding lab personnel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to rubber, QC, or materials science.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and a track record of driving quality and efficiency gains.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.
